The maximum number of hours of continuing education credit that can be issued is 20.25 for individuals attending all three (3) days of the 2010 Institute.

Credit is based on 100% attendance at sessions.

 

Professional Credit

Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals
Application has been made with the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board for Recognized Clock Hours (RCHs) for the 2010 Addiction Studies Institute.

**The OCDP Board is an ICRC/AODA Member Board.

Nursing
Pursuant to Ohio Board of Nursing Rule 4723-14-05 Item 6, The Addiction Studies Institute will be using credit approved by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board for Nursing CEUs. These hours will be recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing for license renewal. Nurses from states other than Ohio should check with their licensing bodies to verify they will accept this credit certificate.

Ohio Psychological
Application has been made for continuing education credit for psychologists through the Ohio Psychological Association.

Social Work/Professional Counselor/Marriage & Family Therapy
Application has been made for continuing professional education units for social workers, professional counselors and marriage & family therapists through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.

Other Professionals
A certificate of attendance will be provided for any participant requesting one.
