**Students, OSU Employees or anyone paying by check or PO, you must complete the printed registration form. The online registration system may not be used if you are a student, OSU Employee or paying with a check or PO.

*Student Rate Qualification/Requirements

Students must submit a copy of current class schedule and student ID when mailing registration and payment. A minimum of 11 quarter hours and above is required to be considered a full-time undergraduate student and 8 quarter hours and above for graduate students. Student registrations submitted without a class schedule and student ID will not be processed.

*OSU Employees
$195 - Full Conference (8/18-8/20, 3 days)

*OSU Employee Rate Qualification/Requirements

Full-time employees of The Ohio State University may take advantage of the discounted rate by submitting a letter from their supervisor stating their full-time employment status along with their registration form. OSU employee registrations submitted without a letter from their supervisor will not be processed. 

Registration fee includes: admission to pre-registered sessions, educational materials, continuing education credit, conference food functions, and exhibits.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only until August 4, 2010. Refunds will reflect a 30% cancellation fee. After August 4, 2010 refunds will not be issued for any reason. All cancellations should be sent to: Garrison and Associates, Inc., 4701 Olentangy River Road / Suite 201, Columbus, OH 43214. Purchase Orders will be billed whether participants attend or not.

Scholarships
Unfortunately, scholarships will not be offered this year.
