Note: Items such as carpet, electrical, internet, additional tables and chairs are available for a charge. Upon receipt of your paid reservation you will receive an exhibitor’s kit with more information and order forms for these and other items, including freight handling services and service contractor information.
Security: The Addiction Studies Institute will provide overnight security for the exhibition hall.
Disclaimer: Even though Talbot Hall is providing overnight security for the exhibition area, Talbot Hall and Garrison and Associates, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items from exhibit booths. It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure all items of value (i.e. laptop computers, audiovisual equipment, etc.). **Space is limited and booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis only after the exhibitor requirements form and payment is received.
Deadline for submission of exhibitor forms is July 8, 2020.
Space is available for advertisements in the Institute program. This program is distributed to every attendee at the Institute. The program will list the agenda, concurrent session information, speakers, exhibitors, and more. Advertisements will be placed throughout the program and will be printed in full color.
